Virgilio curated the award winning wine list at Locanda Locatelli which became a defining feature of the restaurant offering. Over the years he has developed our wine program across numerous consultancy projects, transferring his skills to openings in Cyprus, Bahamas, Dubai, Montenegro and most recently The National Gallery, London. Virgilio’s ability to engage his colleagues through his inspiring, informative and approachable training has led to many of our staff pursuing careers in the world of wine.
